Dreamscapes" Winners, Healing Through Art Program, Virtual Art Challenge for Spring 2022

Congratulations to our winners from the March/April "Dreamscapes" Art Show. All of the entries are fabulous, so make sure you come by Thursday-Sunday, 12-4pm to see the exhibit!







 

This week we hosted three classes with the Stephan Center for the "Healing Through Art" Program. Classes were taught by Kathryn Duncan (painting) and Becky Floyd (polymer clay treasure boxes).



This program is a partnership with the Stephan Center to host free art classes to children and youth to explore feelings of loss and grief continues on the fourth Tuesday and Wednesday of the month through June. Please join us the week of March 21-26 for a special dine-out fundraiser at Nothing Bundt Cakes on Ontario Ave. in Corona. They simply have the most delectable desserts!


Show them this flyer, and they will donate 20% of the proceeds back to CAA to support our community arts mission. Share far and wide!

Would you like to participate in a figure drawing session with a live model? We're collecting a list of interested artists. Our Maxine Piester Memorial Art Scholarship application is now available. Each spring, we award scholarships to CNUSD graduating seniors who will be majoring in some form of visual arts in college.
